How we work this out
- For each area, we multiply your weekly hours by the share Pluss saves, by your communities, by 52 weeks and by your staff cost per hour.
- The saving for each area comes from Pluss customers' time on each task before and after Pluss: communication and content 64%, events, bookings and payments 65%, admin, documents and forms 59%, maintenance, feedback and enquiries 61%.
- With three or more communities, we add head office content and approvals. Pluss saves 72% of those hours, counted once across your organisation.
- Each new community saves about 40 hours of setup, because Pluss copies an approved setup to the new site.
- Cautious is 60% of the expected saving and Stretch is 150%.
