Pluss works with the systems you already run

Your resident and family lists already live in a CRM. Your assets and work orders live in another system. Your clinical records live somewhere else again. Pluss connects to all of them, so nobody retypes a resident into a second system.

Where a connection does not exist yet, we scope and build it as an optional layer. It sits beside the core platform rather than inside it, so a change for one operator carries no risk to any live community, and you keep receiving the regular product releases.

Who we connect to today

Identity and single sign-on: Microsoft Entra ID and Auth0, with SAML and OIDC supported.

Resident records and assets: TechnologyOne, for asset management and for the CRM record and user ID.

Property and maintenance: Archibus by Eptura.

CRM and sales: Salesforce and HubSpot.

Finance and enterprise systems: Epicor.

Clinical and care: Telstra Health.

Payments: Stripe and Lightspeed.

Communications: Twilio for text messaging, Microsoft Outlook, email and push notifications.

Integration platform: MuleSoft.

Seniors living systems: arc software, xap, SeeStuff and ONE4LATER.

Open APIs

A full API surface across the whole platform. Reporting, exports and head office system integrations all run through it, so your data is never locked in.

We scope and build new connections as an optional layer beside the core platform, so the work does not touch any other operator’s environment or delay your product releases.

What does an integration cost?

Integration and custom development are scoped and priced case by case. Core platform features are included in your per community price.

How is access to our data controlled?

Single sign-on through SAML and OIDC, so staff use the credentials they already have. Access is role based with 35 or more granular permission types, and multi-factor authentication is required for administrators. Every client runs in its own isolated cloud environment, hosted in AWS Sydney with redundant backups in Melbourne.

Who has audited this?

Pluss has held ISO 27001 certification since 2023, certified by Global Compliance Certification and independently audited every year. Compliance is monitored continuously using Vanta. Read the full detail on our security page.
