We don’t publish a price list. Your quote is based on the four things below.
Community size
1
Each apartment, villa, unit, home or room is a property. A village of 60 units pays less than one of 300.
Per community
2
You pay a monthly or annual fee for each village or site on Pluss. Adding a community adds one more fee.
Every feature included

Every operator gets every feature. Your fee stays the same when more residents, families and staff use the app.
Pluss HQ as an add-on

Operators with more than one community can add Pluss HQ. Head office uses it to publish to every community at once and compare sites side by side.

HELF for aged care operators
HELF is our tool for additional services revenue under the Aged Care Act. Aged care operators get it as part of the core platform, inside the per property fee. In a working session, we model the revenue using your own services and resident numbers.

How is Pluss priced?
Per property: each apartment, villa or unit in a village, each home in a land lease community and each room in an aged care home. You get one invoice for each community, worked out from its property count.
Do staff and families cost extra?
No. There is no charge for staff or family users, and no fee per login.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. A one-off fee covers setup, onboarding and training.
Can we pay monthly or annually?
Either. You pay a monthly or annual fee for each community.
Are integrations included?
