Your brand

An app in your village's brand

The app carries your logo, your colours and the app's name. Each village can have its own look, or share your organisation's brand.

News and alerts

Staff post once to the app and the village TVs. An urgent alert shows on the resident's lock screen.

Events and bookings

Residents book and pay in the app. When an event changes, staff send one alert to everyone booked.

Food ordering

Residents choose their meals for the week and book family in. The kitchen sees live counts.

Maintenance requests

Residents log requests in the app. Staff track each job until it's resolved.

Move-ins and resales

Move-ins and resales in New Zealand villages

In New Zealand the average resale takes six to eight months. Under most occupation right agreements, the former resident is repaid only once the unit sells.

Resales

Pluss runs each resale in one record, from notice to payout. Recording a resident's notice starts the notice period clock, using the period set for your village.

Every task has an owner and a due date. Finance enters the exit figures against the same record. Pluss doesn't calculate them.

Move-ins

Each prospect has one record, from first enquiry to move-in day. The disclosure statement goes out from the record by email and text, and the record shows when it was opened.

The new resident follows their move-in in your village's app.
